Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and the content associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do that for each of our apps, what we delete, and what little we keep afterward.
Coin Odyssey
The fastest way is from inside the app. Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in — a lost password, a device you no longer have, or an account you created with Sign in with Apple — email us at hello@mosaicstudioapps.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We use that address to verify the request.
Couch Potato
Email us at hello@mosaicstudioapps.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and its content. You can also edit or remove individual entries in the app at any time.
Killer's Trail
Killer's Trail has no account and stores its data only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes everything it saved.
What gets deleted
When you delete a Coin Odyssey account, we remove your sign-in record and everything attached to it:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your collections and every coin in them.
- Photos you uploaded, removed from our image storage.
- Collecting goals and achievement progress.
- Scan usage counts.
- Your saved consent preferences and their history.
Deletion is permanent. We do not keep a recoverable copy, so there is no way for us to restore a collection after the fact — export or photograph anything you want to keep before you delete.
What we keep, and for how long
Two things outlive the account, neither of which identifies you once it is gone:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps routine request and security logs for a limited period before discarding or aggregating them. We do not use these to reconstruct deleted accounts.
- Support email. If you have written to us, that correspondence stays in our email for as long as we need it to address your request and keep our own records.
We may also retain information where the law requires it — for example, to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
How long it takes
In-app deletion in Coin Odyssey happens right away. Email requests are handled by a small team, so allow a few business days for us to verify and process them; in all cases we complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
