Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at mosaicstudioapps.com (the “Site”) and the consumer applications published by Mosaic Studio LLC (“Mosaic Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — including Killer's Trail, Coin Odyssey, and Couch Potato (each an “App,” and together with the Site, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

License to Use Our Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for your own non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your Account
Some Apps, including Coin Odyssey and Couch Potato, require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age described in our Privacy Policy to create an account. Notify us at hello@mosaicstudioapps.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
App Store Terms
Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of an App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA) applies in addition to these Terms; where these Terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA governs with respect to that App. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Apps or their content and are not parties to these Terms, except that they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services.
- Use the Services in any unlawful way, or to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, artwork, and other content we provide, are owned by Mosaic Studio LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Mosaic Studio name, logo, and app names and artwork are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Your Content and Data
Some of our Apps store the data you create on your device, while others — such as Coin Odyssey and Couch Potato — use an account to store your content in the cloud so it can sync across your devices. You retain any rights you have in the content you create, and you grant us the limited license needed to host, store, and display that content so we can operate the Services for you. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Where an App includes social or sharing features, you are responsible for the content you post and share, and you must have the rights to share it. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and do not share other people's personal information without permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor content and are not responsible for content posted by users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
AI Estimates & Third-Party Content
Some Apps use automated tools to generate estimates. In particular, Coin Odyssey uses artificial intelligence to identify coins and to estimate their grade and value. These results are automated estimates for your personal reference only. They are not a professional appraisal, authentication, or grading, and they are not financial advice. Do not rely on them when buying, selling, insuring, or otherwise making decisions about a coin; consult a qualified professional instead. We do not warrant the accuracy of any such estimate.
Our Apps may also display information from third-party sources — for example, movie, television, and sports data shown in Couch Potato. That content is provided “as is,” belongs to its respective owners, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Studio LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant App, if any, or twenty U.S. dollars (US $20). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mosaic Studio LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
